Refund policy

At Rasma Fann, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our store email with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
